預け入れ日と引き取り日を選択し、必要情報を入力してオンライン決済を完了すれば、わずか2分で予約が完了します。すぐに店舗入口と個人ロッカーのアクセスコードがメールで届きます。

監視付きの安全な荷物保管

ロッカーは24時間監視カメラが設置された施設内にあります。出入りは個別のコードによって管理されており、安全性が確保されています。サポートチームは毎日8:00〜22:00の間、いつでも対応可能です。

預けた荷物はいつ受け取れますか？

ご予約当日の午前8時から午後10時まで、何度でもご入場いただけます。 再度支払う必要はありません。

はい、2日連続の予約があれば、もちろん夜間にロッカーに荷物を置いておくことができます。

しかし、閉店時間中、つまり午後10時から午前8時の間はアクセスできません。

    My experience went very well. However, I had initially reserved only 1 locker to put the luggage of my friend and myself, having specifically read on the site that one locker could hold up to 4 large bags. It turns out that at the last moment, my friend did not come because he was ill. So I went alone to the city locker. To my surprise, I found on site that our 2 small bags and our 2 backpacks could never all fit in a single locker!!!! I therefore find that the advertising is misleading or that the information on the site is completely false. We would have obviously been forced to rent another locker.
