We offer 45 secure lockers accessible independently from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, every day of the year. You can store or retrieve your belongings as often as needed during your rental period.

When can I collect my luggage?

You can enter as many times as you want during the day of your booking, from 8:00am to 10:00pm. You do not need to pay again.

Yes, if you have a reservation for 2 consecutive days, you can, of course, leave your luggage in your locker overnight.

However, you will not be able to access it during closing hours, which are between 10 PM and 8 AM.

We are open from 8 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week.

You can book your locker only via our website lille.city-locker.com.

You can book as long as you want.

The codes are sent to you by email and text message (SMS) when your booking is confirmed.


The security of your luggage is an essential point for us. Our stores impose reinforced access control, using 2 independent codes (entrance door and locker).

For maximum security, these access codes are changed every day, even if your reservation covers several days.

No, your booking is valid from 8:00 am to 10:00pm.

The daily price is €9.00 or €12.00 per locker for one day (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) depending on the date and location.

Depending on the time, you will be able to take advantage of very favorable rates, which can go down to as low as €2.00 per l

  • >16h : -50%
  • >18h : €2.00

During periods of very high demand, the daily rate can go up to €15.00.

Conversely, during periods of low occupancy, we can offer rates as low as €2.00 per day, without any promotion.


For reservations of several days the prices are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, going down to 2 €/day.

Size of the luggage lockers

The size is:

This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 carry-on suitcases in international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm / 21.7 x 13.8 x 7.9 inches).

What can I store in my luggage locker? (215.26KB)

Maximum weight 30 kgs (66 pounds)/locker.

Our lockers, as well as the premises are cleaned and disinfected several times a week by our maintenance staff.

As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, reservations are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement.

They are by an insurance that covers certain incidents occurring to Luggage (material damage to the Luggage and its contents, breakage, loss/destruction, theft) that may arise during storage, to the exclusion of all other incidents and according to our general terms and conditions of sales.

This insurance is valid for the duration of the rental, from the closing of the locker assigned when booking to the reopening.

The maximum amount of support of €1,500 per locker.

However, I had initially reserved only 1 locker to put the luggage of my friend and myself, having specifically read on the site that one locker could hold up to 4 large bags. It turns out that at the last moment, my friend did not come because he was ill. So I went alone to the city locker. To my surprise, I found on site that our 2 small bags and our 2 backpacks could never all fit in a single locker!!!! I therefore find that the advertising is misleading or that the information on the site is completely false. We would have obviously been forced to rent another locker.
